How do you photograph weddings?
At Elev8te Visuals, we take a documentary, editorial, and relaxed approach to wedding photography. Our goal is to capture your wedding as it truly unfolds—not turn your day into a staged photoshoot.
We focus on the genuine emotions, meaningful connections, spontaneous laughter, quiet moments, and thoughtful details that make every wedding unique. When it’s time for portraits, our team provides natural direction and guidance so you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourselves in front of the camera.
Before your wedding day, we take the time to understand your vision, timeline, priorities, and the moments that matter most to you. On the day itself, we adapt to the energy of your celebration, whether it’s an intimate gathering, a traditional wedding, or a relaxed and unconventional celebration.
Our goal is to create a collection of images that feels authentic, elegant, and timeless—photographs that don’t simply show what your wedding looked like, but bring you back to exactly how it felt.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Based in Ottawa, serving clients across Ontario and beyond.
Great stories don’t always happen close to home—and we’re always happy to travel to capture yours. Whether your celebration, event, or brand project takes us to another city, province, or destination, we’re open to creating wherever your vision takes you.
Travel fees may apply depending on the location, distance, transportation, and accommodation requirements. Once we know the details of your project, we’ll provide a clear and transparent travel estimate as part of your proposal.

When will we get our photos?
Within 3-5 weeks of your wedding, you’ll receive a private online gallery featuring your professionally edited images. We know how exciting it is to relive your wedding day, so whenever possible, we aim to deliver your gallery ahead of schedule.
Your gallery is designed to make enjoying and sharing your memories effortless. You’ll be able to view and download your high-resolution images, share your gallery with family and friends, select your favorites, and order professional prints and products directly from your gallery.
Your memories deserve more than a folder on a computer—they deserve to be experienced, shared, and preserved for generations.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 125 to 150 fully edited images. With quality over quantity in mind, the best and more significant photos will be chosen to tell your story.
